Fast rising popstar Miss P, who is currently taking over the airwaves with her latest work "Chuni", was hosted on Mzazi Willy M Tuva’s Mambo Mseto show, where she opened up on a number of issues that fans were eager to know about.
The mellow-voiced chanteuse was thrust into the limelight by Willy Paul courtesy of their infectious 2021 collab ‘Liar’.
The song is arguably one of the best collaborations that came out last year and continues to dazzle fans to this date. The jam has already racked up 9.7 million views on YouTube in over a year.
Miss P’s killer looks, baby girl persona, and euphonious vocals left music fans in Kenya yearning for more. Some even compared her to TZ popstar Zuchu. Somewhere along the way, she fell out with Willy Paul and his Saldido label. Their split was so intense and controversial that matters had to be settled in court.

When asked by Mzazi Willy M Tuva if she has any friends in the industry, Miss P says she is not the “typical celeb” who are mostly snobbish and egotistical. The singer says she is introverted but likes to mingle and interact well with everyone. She mentioned a few names: Masauti, Mr. Seed, and Masterpiece. She says her relationship with the aforementioned artists is mostly business-related.
Her favorite Kenyan Musician
In the course of the interview, Miss P revealed that Otile Brown is her favorite musician, though she has never met him in person. She says she would love to interact with him in the future. The singer notes that Otile Brown is introverted like her, which she finds interesting.

Her thoughts on Queen P
Last year, when Willy Paul introduced his new female artist, “Queen P,” many thought he was getting back at Miss P, who had controversially left the label. When asked by Mzazi Willy M. Tuva what she thinks of Queen P’s musical style, she says she is OK, but her style did not give her any goosebumps. She failed to give a straight answer on whether she was open to a collabo with Queen P, noting her strained relationship with Saldido Records as the reason.
Her relationship with Brenda Jones
There was talk on the interwebs about Miss P and Brenda Jones being blood relatives. Miss P confirmed that, indeed, Brenda Jones is her cousin, but they like to refer to each other as sisters. When asked why they don’t appear to be supporting each other’s projects publicly, Miss P said that her family is just wired that way, but everything is perfectly fine between the. two. Where she see herself by the end of the year
Miss P was confident that 2022 is her year, adding that she has a good feeling about every move she is making. She says that she will do her best to use her talent to propel herself to greater heights. Miss P also chose “Miss Sensational” as her musical pet name, which she intends to use moving forward.
Her relationship status
When asked about her relationship status, the singer revealed that she is off the market but failed to disclose the identity of her lover.
