It’s stupidity!” Mbosso reacts to Kenyan lady ready to die for his Love
Bongo musician Mbwana Yusuph Kilungi popularly known as Mbosso has turned down romantic advances from one of his Kenyan fan who threatened to take poison should the singer reject her.
The Kenyan woman, identified only as Munira and hailing from Mombasa, traveled to Tanzania and reportedly camped outside Wasafi offices for days.
She told Wasafi media that she is madly in love with the singer and she was willing to do anything to win his affection, including taking her own life.
“I love him. There are so many men in Kenya that want to marry me but I’m not ready. I came to look for Mbosso and I’m ready to do anything,” Munira said last Friday.
“I love him so much. I loved him since Yamoto Band. I sold my phone to get fare to come to Tanzania.”
Munira added: “Mbosso, if you will not accept me, I’m ready to take poison so that I don’t live. And if you accept me, I will raise all your kids, I’ll do whatever you want. I only love you and you alone.”
She further disclosed that Mbosso gave her money and told her to go back home but she refused.
“I finally met him and he told me he’ll give me fare to go back home. However, I’m not ready to go back. He gave me TSh10,000.”
When asked about the drama, the WCB signee said he is a family man and that he wants Munira to go home.
“I cannot blame her for that, she says she loves me but it’s hard to accept her love because I have a family and children to take care of and a lot of things to do. Getting into a relationship with someone from nowhere I can say is just stupidity,” Mbosso said.
