Kenyan Genge artist Major Nemeye Khadija popularly known by his stage name Mejja has released a new track with Mbogi Genje and it’s a big tune.
The much-anticipated song dubbed Wamocho had already clocked 50,000 views today at 8 am yet it is barely 12 hours since it was released.
This collaboration was long overdue. As such, it does not really come as a surprise that the song is getting a lot of airplay on local radio and TV stations.
As expected, Mejja really came through on Wamocho. His flow is impeccable since the rhymes are well-thought out. Notably, he also has a rare gift of telling stories and you just want to keep listening to him.
Mbogi Genje, which is made up of Miltan, Guzman Teddy and Smadytings didn’t disappoint either, especially the former, people never really know what he’s saying but it just sounds pleasant to the ears.
The beat was produced by SQ One Touch , Solinga and Byron and believe you me, it slaps really hard especially if you are listening to the song with a good pair of headphone.
The video was directed by The Raww Filmmaker and it’s a masterpiece. I love the smooth scene transitioning, the models and vixens as well as the camera panning.
Watch Wamocho below and tell us what you think.
