The report states that Holy Dave then hit Keem on the left side of his face with an empty Konyagi bottle.
CCTV Footage and Police Investigation
CCTV footage of the incident was retrieved by the police for an in-depth investigation. The matter was reported and Holy Dave was summoned and placed in police custody before being freed on cash bail. He was charged and arraigned in court on October 24, 2022, where he pleaded not guilty. Holy Dave also reported to the police that he injured his right finger in the altercation.
